Elle \u00e0 un index glyc\u00e9mique plus bas que la pomme de terre et son l\u00e9ger go\u00fbt sucr\u00e9 apporte beaucoup de saveurs dans les recettes. Dans cette salade, j&rsquo;ai mis \u00e0 l&rsquo;honneur patate douce et pois chiches. Ces deux aliments se marient parfaitement avec la sauce sucr\u00e9e-sal\u00e9e \u00e0 base de pur\u00e9e de cacahu\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette salade de patate douce et pois chiches est tr\u00e8s simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Il faudra juste vous y prendre un peu \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance pour que les patates douces r\u00f4ties aient le temps de refroidir.
