Et pour apporter un peu d&rsquo;originalit\u00e9, ce sont des gaufres healthy \u00e0 la noisette que je propose. Avec de la pur\u00e9e de noisettes, de l&rsquo;huile de noisette et de la poudre de noisettes, le go\u00fbt est bien prononc\u00e9. J&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 un peu de farine de bl\u00e9 T80 mais l&rsquo;index glyc\u00e9mique de ces gaufres healthy \u00e0 la noisette reste raisonnable gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la poudre de noisettes et \u00e0 la farine semi-compl\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sans beurre et sans lait d&rsquo;origine animale, elles conviennent parfaitement dans la cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation sans lactose. Pour un go\u00fbt noisette encore plus prononc\u00e9, utilisez de la boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale \u00e0 la noisette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Connaissez-vous les gaufres en version sal\u00e9es ? Je les ai ensuite garnies de saumon, d&rsquo;avocat et d&rsquo;un \u0153uf poch\u00e9 fa\u00e7on burger.
