C&rsquo;est une de mes recettes les plus anciennes, une de mes recettes chouchous ou encore une de mes recettes les plus gourmandes. Et pourtant, je ne vous avais pas encore partag\u00e9 la recette sur le site. C&rsquo;est maintenant chose faite et j&rsquo;esp\u00e8re qu&rsquo;elle vous plaira tout autant qu&rsquo;\u00e0 moi ! Ce g\u00e2teau choco-noisettes est sans farine donc il conviendra parfaitement dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation sans gluten. A d\u00e9guster ti\u00e8de pour se r\u00e9galer encore plus !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;utilise beaucoup l&rsquo;association chocolat noir et noisette dans mes recettes car je trouve que c&rsquo;est un m\u00e9lange tr\u00e8s gourmand. Et c\u00f4t\u00e9 index glyc\u00e9mique, ces 2 aliments sont \u00e0 IG bas alors \u00e7a tombe bien !
