Riche en prot\u00e9ines gr\u00e2ce au quinoa et au poulet, cette salade de quinoa aux agrumes vous rassasiera sur le long terme gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son IG bas. L&rsquo;orange, le pamplemousse, la cl\u00e9mentine et le citron vert apportent une touche sucr\u00e9e-sal\u00e9e mais surtout beaucoup de peps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les agrumes sont des fruits \u00e0 IG tr\u00e8s bas. Ils sont peu caloriques, apportent des fibres pour r\u00e9guler le transit et de la vitamine C pour lutter contre la fatigue.
