Essayez donc cette quiche aux champignons et aux \u00e9pinards. Agr\u00e9ment\u00e9e de feta, d&rsquo;\u00e9clats de noix et de sauge, elle est \u00e0 la fois gourmande et healthy. Tous les ingr\u00e9dients sont \u00e0 IG bas ou tr\u00e8s bas alors n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 la mettre au menu des repas de la semaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez la r\u00e9aliser comme moi en version v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne mais vous pouvez aussi ajoutez des allumettes de bacon. A vous de choisir, les deux versions sont tout autant d\u00e9licieuses.
