Je vous partage donc ma recette de pancakes moelleux IG bas. Ils sont \u00e0 d\u00e9guster nature ou avec les toppings de votre choix. Pour ma part, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait sirop d&rsquo;agave, noix de p\u00e9can, noisettes et banane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les ingr\u00e9dients de ces pancakes moelleux IG bas, voici les modifications que vous pouvez faire en fonction de ce que vous avez dans les placards : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>farine de bl\u00e9 T110 et T150 &#8211;&gt; farine d&rsquo;\u00e9peautre T110 et T150. Vous pouvez aussi utiliser uniquement de la farine T110. L&rsquo;IG sera un peu plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 mais restera toujours plus raisonnable qu&rsquo;en utilisant de la farine blanche.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sucre de bouleau &#8211;&gt; sucre de coco (environ 30g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale &#8211;&gt; utilisez la boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale de votre choix tant qu&rsquo;elle est sans sucres ajout\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr
