Facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, ce cake se conserve au frais pendant 4 jours. Pour qu&rsquo;il retrouve tout son moelleux lors de la d\u00e9gustation, je vous conseille de le passer quelques secondes au micro-ondes. En plus, le chocolat deviendra de nouveau fondant ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour faire lever et donner du moelleux \u00e0 ce cake, j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 du psyllium. En effet, il est compos\u00e9 de farine de sarrasin et de poudre de noisettes qui sont tous les deux sans gluten. Or, le gluten (pr\u00e9sent par exemple dans le bl\u00e9 ou l&rsquo;\u00e9peautre) donne de l&rsquo;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 \u00e0 la p\u00e2te. Il faut donc trouver une astuce pour le remplacer et le psyllium fait tout \u00e0 fait l&rsquo;affaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous avez aim\u00e9 le go\u00fbt du sarrasin et de la noisette dans ce cake sarrasin choco noisette et vous tol\u00e9rez le gluten ?
