Alors que diriez-vous d&rsquo;un d\u00e9licieux velout\u00e9 pour affronter le froid, faire le plein de l\u00e9gumes et s&rsquo;all\u00e9ger un peu avant les f\u00eates de No\u00ebl ? Ce midi, c&rsquo;est un velout\u00e9 de patates douces gourmand et vitamin\u00e9 que j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9. Twist\u00e9 et relev\u00e9 avec du jus d&rsquo;oranges press\u00e9es, ce velout\u00e9 est original et plein de peps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 praticit\u00e9, les soupes sont id\u00e9ales. Elles peuvent se cuisiner en grande quantit\u00e9 et \u00eatre r\u00e9chauff\u00e9es en quelques minutes. Tr\u00e8s pratique pour les soirs de semaine o\u00f9 le temps manque un peu ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous aimez les soupes \u00e0 base de patates douces ?
