Tr\u00e8s moelleux, ce banana bread choco-coco ravira vos papilles \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure du petit-d\u00e9jeuner ou de la collation. Pour une version \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas, choisissez des bananes pas trop m\u00fbres et aidez-vous d&rsquo;un mixeur pour les r\u00e9duire facilement en pur\u00e9e.
