Pour une touche plus gourmande, j&rsquo;ajoute toujours du cheddar r\u00e2p\u00e9. C\u00f4t\u00e9 pr\u00e9paration, il n&rsquo;y aura qu&rsquo;\u00e0 couper les oignons, l&rsquo;ail et le poivron. Ensuite, la cuisson fera le reste ! Le chili con carne est un plat complet, \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et qui convient parfaitement dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 IG bas. La ma\u00efs a un IG mod\u00e9r\u00e9 mais une charge glyc\u00e9mique faible. Consomm\u00e9 avec mod\u00e9ration, vous pouvez en profiter sans probl\u00e8me dans ce chili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour un chili v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien, il vous suffit de remplacer la viande hach\u00e9e par des petites prot\u00e9ines de soja textur\u00e9es. Il faudra alors les r\u00e9hydrater quelques minutes dans de l&rsquo;eau bouillante additionn\u00e9e de sauce soja puis les faire cuire comme la viande hach\u00e9e.
