Le thon \u00e9miett\u00e9 rend ce cake tr\u00e8s moelleux et gourmand. Pour les adeptes de fromage, vous pouvez ajouter une touche fromag\u00e8re avec de la mozzarella ou de la feta. Que ce soit 2-3 morceaux pour l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif ou en guise de plat avec une salade, ce cake healthy au thon est id\u00e9al dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas. Sans fromage, il convient aussi parfaitement aux intol\u00e9rants au lactose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;adore servir des cakes sal\u00e9s pour les ap\u00e9ritifs d\u00eenatoires car ils peuvent se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance et se congeler. Quand j&rsquo;en ai besoin, je sors un cake du cong\u00e9lateur puis quand il est d\u00e9congel\u00e9, je le passe 2-3 minutes au four \u00e0 150\u00b0 pour qu&rsquo;il retrouve tout son moelleux.
