Ces cannel\u00e9s sal\u00e9s au ch\u00e8vre, miel, pignons de pin et romarin ont fait l&rsquo;unanimit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de mes invit\u00e9s alors je vous partage ma recette sans plus attendre. Sans beurre et sans farine blanche, ils conviennent parfaitement dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique contr\u00f4l\u00e9. A condition bien s\u00fbr de ne pas tous les d\u00e9vorer !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces cannel\u00e9s sal\u00e9s au ch\u00e8vre sont tr\u00e8s pratiques car ils se cong\u00e8lent parfaitement. Sortez-les \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance le jour de votre ap\u00e9ritif d\u00eenatoire puis passez-les juste 2-3 minutes au four \u00e0 150\u00b0 quand ils sont d\u00e9congel\u00e9s.
