Cette recette est faite pour vous ! En guise d&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif ou accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;une salade pour un repas, ce cake sucr\u00e9-sal\u00e9 \u00e0 base de feta, pruneaux, bacon et noix ravira vos papilles. En quelques minutes de pr\u00e9paration, vous obtiendrez un cake tr\u00e8s moelleux et pas sec du tout. Un indispensable pour moi pour obtenir un d\u00e9licieux cake sal\u00e9 !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 index glyc\u00e9mique, ce cake sucr\u00e9-sal\u00e9 est compos\u00e9 de farine d&rsquo;\u00e9peautre T110 et de farine d&rsquo;orge mond\u00e9. 2 farines \u00e0 IG contr\u00f4l\u00e9 pour vous permettre de vous r\u00e9galer tout en gardant la ligne. Les pruneaux ont un IG moyen mais une charge glyc\u00e9mique faible.
