Ce bowl oriental est relev\u00e9 par une sauce riche en saveurs. Elle est compos\u00e9e de citrons confits et de c\u00e2pres hach\u00e9s, de coriandre fra\u00eeche et de persil frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 du couscous d&rsquo;\u00e9peautre complet dans ce bowl oriental. Il est tout \u00e0 fait possible de le remplacer par du couscous de bl\u00e9 mais toujours en version \u00ab\u00a0complet\u00a0\u00bb car cela permet d&rsquo;avoir un index glyc\u00e9mique plus bas. Vous pouvez aussi bien s\u00fbr mettre du quinoa, du sarrasin ou encore du boulgour d&rsquo;\u00e9peautre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vous conseille d&rsquo;acheter des c\u0153urs d&rsquo;artichauts de qualit\u00e9 afin de ne pas tomber sur des artichauts avec des peaux \u00e9paisses. Choisissez des c\u0153urs d&rsquo;artichauts conserv\u00e9s dans de l&rsquo;eau afin de les mariner vous-m\u00eame.
