Apr\u00e8s mes <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/10\/13\/galettes-de-patate-douce-au-quinoa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">galettes de patate douce et carottes au quinoa<\/a> ainsi que mon <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/09\/22\/veggie-bowl-dautomne-a-la-patate-douce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">veggie bowl d&rsquo;automne \u00e0 la patate douce<\/a>, je vous propose des cookies r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 base de ce l\u00e9gume-racine. Ces cookies \u00e0 la patate douce sont moelleux, fondants mais surtout tr\u00e8s gourmands ! Avec les noix de p\u00e9can caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es au miel et aux 4 \u00e9pices, ils ont de d\u00e9licieuses saveurs automnales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La patate douce se cuisine aussi bien en sal\u00e9 qu&rsquo;en sucr\u00e9. R\u00e9duite en pur\u00e9e dans les pr\u00e9parations sucr\u00e9es, elle apporte du moelleux, du fondant et une saveur sucr\u00e9e naturellement. Elle permet donc d&rsquo;utiliser moins de beurre et de sucre dans les pr\u00e9parations. Id\u00e9al quand on fait attention \u00e0 sa ligne !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vous conseille de les d\u00e9guster quelques minutes apr\u00e8s la sortie du four pour qu&rsquo;ils aient la meilleure texture.
