C&rsquo;est un petit-d\u00e9jeuner healthy et gourmand compos\u00e9 de pomme r\u00e2p\u00e9e, de flocons de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et de boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale (ou de lait). Aromatisez-le facilement selon vos go\u00fbts gr\u00e2ce aux boissons v\u00e9g\u00e9tales et aux pur\u00e9es d&rsquo;ol\u00e9agineux. Pour les toppings, faites avec ce que vous avez sous la main et laissez libre cours \u00e0 votre imagination. De mon c\u00f4t\u00e9, j&rsquo;ai mis de la banane, quelques myrtilles, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de pur\u00e9e de noisettes et quelques noisettes concass\u00e9es. Un d\u00e9lice !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette pr\u00e9paration n\u00e9cessite un temps de repos d&rsquo;au moins 4 heures afin que les ingr\u00e9dients secs puissent s&rsquo;impr\u00e9gner des ingr\u00e9dients liquides. Il faudra donc anticiper pour qu&rsquo;il soit pr\u00eat pour le petit-d\u00e9jeuner. Une fois pr\u00e9par\u00e9, il se conserve parfaitement au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 48h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bircher muesli, bowlcake, smoothie bowl, granola, pancakes, cakes, muffins\u2026 Le choix est large pour s&rsquo;offrir un petit-d\u00e9jeuner complet et gourmand.
