Ce carpaccio d&rsquo;ananas est fait pour vous ! Agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 de zestes et jus de citron vert, de basilic cisel\u00e9 et de pistaches concass\u00e9es, il r\u00e9veille les papilles. Ce que j&rsquo;adore, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;il se d\u00e9cline facilement selon les go\u00fbts de chacun. Vous pouvez par exemple remplacer le basilic par de la menthe ou de la coriandre ou encore les pistaches par des amandes ou des noisettes. Laissez libre cours \u00e0 votre imagination. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 IG, l&rsquo;ananas \u00e0 un index glyc\u00e9mique moyen donc il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de ne pas en abuser. Cependant, son apport glucidique est mod\u00e9r\u00e9 ce qui fait qu&rsquo;il peut \u00eatre consomm\u00e9 de temps en temps avec mod\u00e9ration.
