R\u00e9alis\u00e9e uniquement avec du bouillon de l\u00e9gumes, des pois chiches et du jus de citron, cette sauce est cr\u00e9meuse tout en \u00e9tant l\u00e9g\u00e8re \u00e0 la fois. Pour obtenir la sauce la plus lisse possible, je vous conseille d&rsquo;\u00e9plucher les pois chiches. N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas aussi \u00e0 mixer plus longtemps. Cela permettra d&rsquo;obtenir une texture homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 IG bas, les pois chiches sont de v\u00e9ritables alli\u00e9s. Riches en fibres, ils aident \u00e0 r\u00e9guler l&rsquo;app\u00e9tit et \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les fringales. Le jus de citron dans la sauce vient en plus abaisser l&rsquo;IG total de l&rsquo;assiette. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez donc pas \u00e0 ajouter quelques gouttes de citron \u00e0 vos plats si vous faites attention \u00e0 l&rsquo;IG. Cela fonctionne aussi avec la cannelle.
