La patate douce r\u00e9duite en pur\u00e9e se r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00eatre une super alternative au beurre dans l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration des g\u00e2teaux. Elle n&rsquo;alt\u00e8re en aucun cas le go\u00fbt des pr\u00e9parations et permet d&rsquo;apporter du moelleux et une part de sucrant naturel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais le blondie, c&rsquo;est quoi ?
