Je pioche de l&rsquo;orge mond\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;\u00e9picerie et des f\u00e8ves pel\u00e9es dans le cong\u00e9lateur et c&rsquo;est parti pour une salade d&rsquo;orge mond\u00e9 aux l\u00e9gumes verts et \u00e0 la feta. Une assiette compl\u00e8te et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en un rien de temps !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert l&rsquo;orge mond\u00e9 quand j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 suivre une alimentation \u00e0 IG bas. Lorsque vous l&rsquo;achetez, attention \u00e0 ne pas vous tromper avec l&rsquo;orge perl\u00e9. Ce dernier a un index glyc\u00e9mique plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 car il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9barrass\u00e9 de l&rsquo;enveloppe, du son et du germe. L&rsquo;orge mond\u00e9 qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9barrass\u00e9 uniquement de sa premi\u00e8re enveloppe est plus complet et plus int\u00e9ressant nutritionnellement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette c\u00e9r\u00e9ale se d\u00e9guste aussi bien froide, comme dans cette salade d&rsquo;orge mond\u00e9 aux l\u00e9gumes verts, que chaude. Je l&rsquo;ai par exemple d\u00e9j\u00e0 cuisin\u00e9e \u00e0 la mexicaine et c&rsquo;\u00e9tait un d\u00e9lice.
