C&rsquo;est une pr\u00e9paration facile et plut\u00f4t rapide \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Avec du tofu, des l\u00e9gumes, du poulet, du poisson ou encore des l\u00e9gumineuses, le choix est large pour concocter cette sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 indienne. Apr\u00e8s vous avoir partag\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/04\/15\/curry-de-legumes-a-la-tomate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mon curry de l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 la tomate<\/a>, c&rsquo;est un curry de poulet \u00e0 la citronnelle et au gingembre que je vous propose cette fois-ci. Riche en saveurs, je suis s\u00fbre qu&rsquo;il plaira \u00e0 vos convives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour en faire un repas complet et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9, servez ce curry de poulet avec du riz basmati (complet ou non) ou du riz complet. Ces vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de riz sont celles avec l&rsquo;index glyc\u00e9mique le plus bas. N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 y ajouter quelques cacahu\u00e8tes concass\u00e9es ainsi que des rondelles de citronnelle pour le parfumer. Il est possible aussi d&rsquo;opter pour des nouilles soba en tant qu&rsquo;accompagnement.
