Cette recette de salade de lentilles &amp; carottes est agr\u00e9ment\u00e9e d&rsquo;une sauce \u00e9pic\u00e9e au cumin. Avec la coriandre fra\u00eeche ajout\u00e9e au moment du service, vous avez devant vous une assiette pleine de saveurs. Tr\u00e8s \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, cette salade de lentilles &amp; carottes repr\u00e9sente un plat v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien tr\u00e8s complet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les lentilles font partie des aliments les plus riches en fer et contribuent donc \u00e0 oxyg\u00e9ner les tissus et les muscles. Elles contiennent aussi beaucoup de fibres insolubles qui aident \u00e0 maintenir des taux de cholest\u00e9rol sains et \u00e0 procurer sati\u00e9t\u00e9 sur du long terme.
