Une version beaucoup moins grasse que l&rsquo;originale mais tout aussi gourmande. J&rsquo;y ai ajout\u00e9 du saumon frais et du saumon fum\u00e9 pour obtenir un plat complet et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9. Ce coleslaw healthy aux 2 saumons est tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Vous pouvez gagner du temps de pr\u00e9paration en achetant directement le chou d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9minc\u00e9 et les carottes d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e2p\u00e9es. Il est possible de remplacer les cranberries par des raisins secs mais vous obtiendrez une assiette avec un IG un peu plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. Rassurez-vous, rien de bien inqui\u00e9tant si c&rsquo;est avec mod\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce coleslaw healthy peut \u00eatre d\u00e9gust\u00e9 en salade principale ou en entr\u00e9e. Vous pouvez aussi faire une version sans saumon pour le servir en tant qu&rsquo;accompagnement du plat principal comme par exemple \u00e0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9ricaine avec quelques frites de patate douce et un burger.
