Je vous propose ici une version sans sucre et \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas. On aurait tort de s&rsquo;en priver ! Pour le petit-d\u00e9jeuner ou le go\u00fbter, ces cr\u00eapes \u00e0 IG bas plairont aux petits comme aux grands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour faire baisser l&rsquo;IG de ces cr\u00eapes, j&rsquo;ai fait un mix de farine d&rsquo;\u00e9peautre T110 et de farine d&rsquo;orge mond\u00e9. Elles restent toujours tr\u00e8s moelleuses et en plus la p\u00e2te est facile \u00e0 travailler. R\u00e9sultat garanti et pas de catastrophe au moment de la cuisson. Le plus souvent, je ne sucre pas ma p\u00e2te \u00e0 cr\u00eapes car j&rsquo;ajoute ensuite des toppings. A vous de choisir en fonction de la mani\u00e8re dont vous souhaitez les d\u00e9guster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois que la recette de base vous convient, il est facile de la d\u00e9cliner selon vos go\u00fbts. Par exemple, choisissez des boissons v\u00e9g\u00e9tales diverses pour donner diff\u00e9rentes saveurs \u00e0 vos cr\u00eapes : amande, noisette ou encore coco. Dans ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/29\/crepes-a-la-fleur-doranger-et-noix-de-coco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cr\u00eapes \u00e0 la fleur d&rsquo;oranger et \u00e0 la noix de coco<\/a>, j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 de la boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale \u00e0 la coco.
