Chaque ann\u00e9e je fais et refais cette recette de tartes aux figues, ch\u00e8vre, miel et pignons de pin. Assaisonn\u00e9es avec du thym ou du romarin, elles sont d\u00e9licieuses et je ne m&rsquo;en lasse pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La figue se d\u00e9guste fra\u00eeche ou s\u00e9ch\u00e9e mais son index glyc\u00e9mique est plus bas quand elle est fra\u00eeche. La figue compte de nombreux bienfaits et notamment sa contribution \u00e0 la bonne sant\u00e9 de l&rsquo;appareil digestif et des os. En effet, elles sont une bonne source de calcium, de potassium et de fibres.
