Pour changer un peu et ajouter de l&rsquo;originalit\u00e9, je vous propose une sauce tomate au fenouil. En plus de donner beaucoup de saveurs, les graines de fenouil apportent de nombreux bienfaits pour notre sant\u00e9. Elles ont notamment des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anti-inflammatoires et de r\u00e9duction du mauvais cholest\u00e9rol. D&rsquo;ailleurs, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 en parsemez plus souvent dans vos assiettes pour en profiter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez profiter de la fin de l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 pour pr\u00e9parer davantage de sauce tomate au fenouil puis la congeler.
