Le thon rouge est une des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s des c\u00f4tes andalouses et de nombreux restaurants en proposent sous forme de tartare. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait tellement d\u00e9licieux que j&rsquo;ai voulu en cuisiner rapidement \u00e0 mon retour. Je vous propose donc ma recette de tartare de thon marin\u00e9 au gingembre et au s\u00e9same sur un lit d&rsquo;avocat. Le citron vert et l&rsquo;aneth rel\u00e8vent parfaitement cette recette. A d\u00e9guster en plat avec une salade ou du riz basmati complet, en entr\u00e9e ou en version mini pour l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif. Je vous donne ici la recette pour 3-4 personnes en plat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez aussi r\u00e9aliser cette recette de tartare avec un autre poisson comme par exemple du saumon ou du cabillaud. Il est possible \u00e9galement de m\u00e9langer les poissons. C&rsquo;est ce que j&rsquo;avais fait dans ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/05\/26\/tartare-de-saumon-et-de-thon-a-lasiatique\/\" target=\"_blank\"
