Marin\u00e9 avec du gingembre frais, de l&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same, de la citronnelle et de la sauce soja, la poulet est moelleux et riche en saveurs. Si vous aimez la coriandre fra\u00eeche, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 en ajouter avant de servir. Je n&rsquo;en avais pas sous la main pour cette fois mais la coriandre apportera un d\u00e9licieux go\u00fbt \u00e0 cette salade de poulet marin\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 pr\u00e9paration, il faudra pr\u00e9voir au moins 1h pour que le poulet s&rsquo;impr\u00e8gne bien de la marinade. Vous pouvez comme moi prendre de l&rsquo;avance et le pr\u00e9parer la veille pour qu&rsquo;il marine toute la nuit. Au moment de la pr\u00e9paration de la salade, rien de plus simple. Il vous suffira de coupez les ingr\u00e9dients et d&rsquo;assembler le tout.
