L&rsquo;estragon et le piment de Cayenne rel\u00e8vent parfaitement la recette. C\u00f4t\u00e9 praticit\u00e9, ces clafoutis sont top. Ils sont rapides et faciles \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer et peuvent se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance pour gagner du temps. Vous pourrez alors les d\u00e9guster froid ou les r\u00e9chauffer quelques minutes au micro-ondes ou au four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai choisi de pr\u00e9senter ces clafoutis aux courgettes en version individuelle mais vous pouvez aussi faire un grand plat. Il vous suffira d&rsquo;ajuster le temps de cuisson. 10 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires devraient suffire. Le temps de cuisson d\u00e9pendra aussi de la taille du plat que vous utilisez donc n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 surveiller la cuisson en fonction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S&rsquo;il vous reste des courgettes sous la main apr\u00e8s cette recette, je vous conseille de tester ma<a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/08\/25\/soupe-froide-de-courgettes-avocat-basilic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> soupe froide \u00e0 base de courgettes, avocat et basilic<\/a>.
