Ce midi, c&rsquo;est la figue que j&rsquo;ai mise \u00e0 l&rsquo;honneur avec cette salade de figues r\u00f4ties, jambon cru et noisettes torr\u00e9fi\u00e9es. J&rsquo;ai badigeonn\u00e9 les figues d&rsquo;huile de noisette, de miel d&rsquo;acacia et de sumac. Je les ai ensuite faites dorer quelques minutes \u00e0 la po\u00eale. Cela leur donne de d\u00e9licieuses saveurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La figue figure parmi les fruits \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas. Une portion raisonnable de figues fra\u00eeches compte environ 3 fruits de taille moyenne. C&rsquo;est la quantit\u00e9 que j&rsquo;ai mise dans ma salade pour vous proposer une salade \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, gourmande, fruit\u00e9e et \u00e0 IG bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous avez aim\u00e9 le c\u00f4t\u00e9 sucr\u00e9-sal\u00e9 de cette salade de figues r\u00f4ties ?
