Ils sont healthy, gourmands et hyper moelleux gr\u00e2ce au skyr que j&rsquo;ajoute dans la p\u00e2te. Je les ai servis avec des myrtilles fra\u00eeches, du miel d&rsquo;acacia et quelques amandes effil\u00e9es. Ils peuvent aussi se d\u00e9guster nature. Dans ce cas, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 augmenter un peu la quantit\u00e9 de sucre pour compenser l&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 des myrtilles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout comme les myrtilles, la poudre d&rsquo;a\u00e7a\u00ef est une mine d&rsquo;antioxydants qui aident \u00e0 lutter contre les maladies. C&rsquo;est aussi une excellente source de vitamine A permettant ainsi de renforcer le syst\u00e8me immunitaire.
