Je vous propose une version au pesto avec des courgettes grill\u00e9es, des pignons de pin torr\u00e9fi\u00e9s, de la roquette et des crevettes roses. Tr\u00e8s \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, cette salade de p\u00e2tes au pesto est facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Je suis s\u00fbre qu&rsquo;elle ravira vos papilles ainsi que celles de vos invit\u00e9s. J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9gust\u00e9 ce plat froid en version salade mais il est possible aussi de le d\u00e9guster chaud. Dans ce cas, remplacez la roquette par des pousses d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards ou par des petits pois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 index glyc\u00e9mique, cette salade de p\u00e2tes au pesto \u00e0 tout bon. Les prot\u00e9ines des crevettes, les lipides des pignons de pin et les fibres des courgettes ralentissent l&rsquo;absorption des glucides et vous procurent sati\u00e9t\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;au prochain repas. Pour une version vegan, remplacez simplement les crevettes par du tofu grill\u00e9. Le pesto est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec de la levure de bi\u00e8re \u00e0 la place du parmesan. Il convient donc parfaitement pour ce type d&rsquo;alimentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;association p\u00e2tes-courgettes est toujours un succ\u00e8s.
