Rafra\u00eechissante et gourmande, cette soupe froide de courgettes et avocat ravira vos papilles. Assaisonn\u00e9e avec de l&rsquo;ail, du basilic et du citron vert, elle est tr\u00e8s riche en go\u00fbt. Plusieurs choix s&rsquo;offrent \u00e0 vous pour d\u00e9guster cette soupe : en format verrines pour l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif, dans des petits bols en entr\u00e9e ou dans des plus grands bols en guise de repas. Pour un repas complet, associez-la avec 2 tranches de pain complet. C&rsquo;est la derni\u00e8re option que j&rsquo;ai choisie mais je la referai tr\u00e8s prochainement afin de la proposer \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure de l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ro \u00e0 mes invit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 pr\u00e9paration, cette soupe froide de courgettes est tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser mais il faudra vous y prendre \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance pour qu&rsquo;elle puisse refroidir au moins 2 heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. Elle n&rsquo;en sera que meilleur alors \u00e7a vaut le coup d&rsquo;attendre. Les toppings sont facultatifs mais ils apportent beaucoup de gourmandise alors je vous conseille de ne pas faire l&rsquo;impasse dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous aimez beaucoup les soupes froides ?
