Cette fois-ci, c&rsquo;est du poulpe marin\u00e9 que j&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif. L\u00e0 aussi, les possibilit\u00e9s de marinades sont diverses et vari\u00e9es. Je vous partage les deux versions que j&rsquo;ai cuisin\u00e9es car elles ont eu toutes les deux du succ\u00e8s. Vous me direz celle que vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez : ail, citron, persil et piment ou olives noires, tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, c\u00e2pres et basilic ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;avais l&rsquo;habitude d&rsquo;en acheter du \u00ab\u00a0tout pr\u00e9par\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb dans le commerce. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait tr\u00e8s bon mais apr\u00e8s avoir test\u00e9 des versions \u00ab\u00a0fait-maison\u00a0\u00bb, le choix est \u00e9vident et je ne reviendrai plus en arri\u00e8re ! Le cuisiner soit m\u00eame permet de conna\u00eetre la composition et de limiter la quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;huile. De plus, le poulpe marin\u00e9 est vraiment tr\u00e8s facile et rapide \u00e0 concocter.
