Cet \u00e9t\u00e9, j&rsquo;ai ador\u00e9 les r\u00f4tir au four et les mettre ensuite au sein de diff\u00e9rentes recettes comme par exemple dans mes <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/07\/07\/pates-aux-legumes-grilles-et-burrata\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">p\u00e2tes aux l\u00e9gumes grill\u00e9s et burrata<\/a>. Cette fois-ci, c&rsquo;est une pr\u00e9paration de petites tartes aux tomates r\u00f4ties et au ch\u00e8vre frais que je vous propose. Une recette IG bas, saine et gourmande \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser rapidement ou \u00e0 garder bien au chaud pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e prochaine !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces tartes aux tomates r\u00f4ties peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es pour le repas mais aussi en version mini pour l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif. J&rsquo;ai test\u00e9 et approuv\u00e9 les deux, \u00e0 vous de choisir. Le mieux reste de les d\u00e9guster d\u00e8s qu&rsquo;elles sont pr\u00eates pour avoir le m\u00e9lange entre le froid de la garniture au ch\u00e8vre frais et le chaud des tomates cerises r\u00f4ties. Ce chaud-froid est vraiment un d\u00e9lice.
