Si vous ne connaissez pas encore, je vous conseille vivement de tester cette salade de tomates et past\u00e8que \u00e0 la feta. Les framboises, le basilic et la menthe apportent des saveurs originales et les pignons de pin apportent un croquant agr\u00e9able. Le r\u00e9sultat est vraiment d\u00e9licieux et bluffant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 nutrition, la past\u00e8que est un aliment \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique haut. En revanche, sa charge glyc\u00e9mique est faible ce qui signifie que lorsqu&rsquo;elle est mang\u00e9e en quantit\u00e9 raisonnable, elle n&rsquo;impactera pas votre glyc\u00e9mie et votre ligne. Vous pouvez donc profiter tranquillement de tous ses bienfaits dans cette salade de tomates et past\u00e8que \u00e0 la feta. De plus, les autres aliments sont \u00e0 IG bas et \u00e9quilibrent parfaitement l&rsquo;assiette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous aimez les recettes de salades avec des fruits ?
