C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s facile et rapide \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser et en plus de conna\u00eetre la composition \u00e0 100%,  ils n&rsquo;en seront que meilleurs. Je vous propose une version de blinis au seigle pour un index glyc\u00e9mique contr\u00f4l\u00e9. A base de farine de seigle T150, de farine d&rsquo;\u00e9peautre T110 et de skyr, ces blinis sont healthy mais pas moins gourmands du tout ! Vous pouvez aussi les faire au sarrasin en rempla\u00e7ant la farine de seigle par de la farine de sarrasin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je fais des blinis de petite taille pour pouvoir les servir \u00e0 l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif. J&rsquo;y d\u00e9pose un m\u00e9lange \u00e0 base de cr\u00e8me de soja semi-\u00e9paisse (ou du skyr), de jus de citron, de ciboulette (ou de l&rsquo;aneth) puis j&rsquo;y ajoute des morceaux de saumon fum\u00e9. Avec quelques petits morceaux de citron par dessus, c&rsquo;est beau, c&rsquo;est bon et \u00e7a donne envie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous \u00eates \u00e0 la recherche d&rsquo;autres id\u00e9es que ces blinis au seigle pour composer votre ap\u00e9ritif dinatoire ?
