Je me suis r\u00e9gal\u00e9e au go\u00fbter avec une de ces barres \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques healthy. Je veux donc les partager tr\u00e8s rapidement avec vous. Compos\u00e9es uniquement d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas, elles sont id\u00e9ales pour vous donner de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie pour le reste de l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi ou avant le sport. Elles sont tr\u00e8s faciles et rapides \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser car il suffit de mixer les ingr\u00e9dients puis de mettre la p\u00e2te obtenue dans un moule. Quelques heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur et vous voil\u00e0 avec une collation saine et gourmande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nutritionnellement, ces barres \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques healthy sont excellentes pour la sant\u00e9. La plupart des ingr\u00e9dients qui les composent sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des super aliments et ont donc des atouts consid\u00e9rables pour notre bien-\u00eatre. La noix de coco stimule l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, le cacao am\u00e9liore l&rsquo;humeur, les amandes r\u00e9duisent les risques cardio-vasculaires et les noix de cajou renforcent les os. Et c&rsquo;est sans compter que cette liste n&rsquo;est pas du tout exhaustive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous aimez ce format d&rsquo;en-cas et vous souhaitez d&rsquo;autres recettes ? Elles sont aussi sans cuisson mais elles sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es avec des flocons de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales.
