En plus d&rsquo;\u00eatre gourmands, ils sont sains et \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas. Que demander de plus ? Ils sont tr\u00e8s moelleux et je suis s\u00fbre qu&rsquo;ils vous plairont. En tout cas ici, ils ont eu un franc succ\u00e8s ! Si vous les r\u00e9alisez, adaptez bien le temps de cuisson en fonction de la taille de vos muffins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les myrtilles sont des fruits \u00e0 IG bas et avec une charge glyc\u00e9mique faible. Peu caloriques et peu sucr\u00e9es, elles sont \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation saine et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e. Ce super aliment est riche en antioxydants, stimule la vision nocturne et combat le vieillissement cellulaire.
