C&rsquo;est ce que j&rsquo;ai fait ce midi avec ce poulet basquaise revisit\u00e9 en version facile et rapide. J&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 des blancs de poulet que j&rsquo;ai coup\u00e9s en d\u00e9s plut\u00f4t que d&rsquo;utiliser des cuisses et contre-cuisses. En plus d&rsquo;avoir une viande moins grasse, cela permet de r\u00e9duire le temps de cuisson. En 30 minutes top chrono, le tour est jou\u00e9. C&rsquo;est en plus une recette tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser et \u00e0 la port\u00e9e de tout le monde. Accompagn\u00e9 de riz basmati complet, ce poulet basquaise vous fera un repas \u00e0 IG bas, complet et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le poulet est une viande \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e. A la fois maigre et compos\u00e9 de prot\u00e9ines de qualit\u00e9, il se cuisine facilement sous de multiples pr\u00e9parations. C&rsquo;est pour cela que je le mets souvent \u00e0 l&rsquo;honneur dans mes recettes.
