Et cela ne m&rsquo;\u00e9tonnerait pas que ce soit votre cas aussi. Si vous manquez d&rsquo;inspiration, voici ma nouvelle composition : une salade fra\u00eecheur au saumon mi-cuit et agr\u00e9ment\u00e9e de f\u00e8ves, de rondelles de radis, de d\u00e9s de concombre et de sucrines cisel\u00e9es. Avec l&rsquo;aneth, la menthe et l&rsquo;assaisonnement au citron vert, c&rsquo;est une explosion de saveurs en bouche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 nutrition, cette salade fra\u00eecheur au saumon est tr\u00e8s compl\u00e8te et id\u00e9ale dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation saine. Tous les l\u00e9gumes qui la composent apportent de nombreuses vitamines. Et ce n&rsquo;est pas tout, cela en fait aussi une jolie salade color\u00e9e. Le saumon est un poisson gras qui est recommand\u00e9 au sein d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e.
