C&rsquo;est un cake tr\u00e8s moelleux gr\u00e2ce aux carottes qui remplacent parfaitement le beurre. Cela permet de limiter les mati\u00e8res grasses et d&rsquo;obtenir un g\u00e2teau l\u00e9ger et gourmand \u00e0 la fois. Pour vous r\u00e9galer, je vous partage une version de carrot cake aux noix de p\u00e9can caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es avec un gla\u00e7age \u00e0 base de skyr et de noix de cajou. J&rsquo;ai h\u00e2te que vous le go\u00fbtiez pour avoir vos retours.
