J&rsquo;ai ce qu&rsquo;il vous faut avec ma nouvelle recette de tartes fra\u00eecheur en format individuel. Si vous aimez la feta, je suis s\u00fbre qu&rsquo;elles raviront vos papilles d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re bouch\u00e9e. Je vous ai mis ci-dessous la recette pour 4 petites tartes fra\u00eecheur rectangulaires. En revanche, vous pouvez bien s\u00fbr r\u00e9aliser cette recette sous la forme d&rsquo;une grande tarte. Il faudra alors multiplier les quantit\u00e9s de la p\u00e2te et de la garniture par 1,5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour un index glyc\u00e9mique contr\u00f4l\u00e9, faites le choix de pr\u00e9parer vous-m\u00eame votre p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e. Cela ne prendra que quelques minutes et le r\u00e9sultat n&rsquo;en sera que meilleur. Apr\u00e8s 30 minutes de repos au frais, ma recette de p\u00e2te se travaille facilement et ne colle pas au rouleau au moment de l&rsquo;abaisser. Vous pourrez la manipuler facilement pour foncer vos moules. Le m\u00e9lange farine d&rsquo;orge et farine de bl\u00e9 T110 permet d&rsquo;avoir un IG raisonnable tout en obtenant une p\u00e2te qui ne soit pas trop dense une fois cuite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous cherchez d&rsquo;autres recettes de tartes \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter sur un buffet estival, je vous conseille de tester la <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/06\/10\/tarte-tatin-aux-legumes-dete-chevre-frais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tarte tatin aux l\u00e9gumes d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9<\/a>.
