C&rsquo;est le quinoa que j&rsquo;ai mis \u00e0 l&rsquo;honneur ce midi avec cette salade de quinoa aux herbes et \u00e0 la feta. Avec du concombre et de l&rsquo;avocat, cela donne une belle salade toute verte. J&rsquo;adore les compositions tr\u00e8s color\u00e9es mais je trouve aussi que celles plut\u00f4t monochromes donnent de jolis r\u00e9sultats. Pour les herbes fra\u00eeches, j&rsquo;ai mis des quantit\u00e9s dans la recette mais libre \u00e0 vous d&rsquo;en mettre plus ou moins en fonction de vos go\u00fbts. Mais n&rsquo;ayez pas peur d&rsquo;en mettre trop, elles donnent beaucoup de saveurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nutritionnellement, cette salade est excellente. Elle est compos\u00e9e de nombreux super aliments, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire d&rsquo;aliments qui ont une tr\u00e8s forte teneur en micro et en macro nutriments. Il s&rsquo;agit ici du quinoa, de l&rsquo;avocat, du concombre ou encore des amandes. Elle convient parfaitement dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation saine et \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous \u00eates \u00e0 la recherche d&rsquo;autres id\u00e9es que cette salade de quinoa aux herbes pour cuisiner le quinoa ?
