J&rsquo;ai voulu faire une composition originale alors j&rsquo;esp\u00e8re que cette salade de petit \u00e9peautre \u00e0 la grenade vous plaira. J&rsquo;ai \u00e9paissi l&rsquo;assaisonnement \u00e0 la grenade avec du psyllium. Tr\u00e8s riche en fibres, il absorbe plusieurs fois son poids en eau et a des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de mucilage. Il est donc parfait pour \u00e9paissir une sauce, un coulis ou une vinaigrette. Attention cependant \u00e0 ne pas avoir la main trop lourde sur cet aliment au risque de vous retrouver avec un assaisonnement trop visqueux. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les segments d&rsquo;oranges r\u00f4tis et l&rsquo;assaisonnement \u00e0 la grenade apportent du peps et un go\u00fbt sucr\u00e9 tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able. J&rsquo;ai r\u00f4ti quelques minutes les oranges au four avec de l&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same et de l&rsquo;aneth pour leur donner davantage de saveurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous avez aim\u00e9 cette salade de petit \u00e9peautre \u00e0 la grenade ?
