Je vous conseille de tester vite ce gaspacho tomate-poivron et feta pour vous r\u00e9galer tout en vous rafraichissant. Il sera parfait quand les belles journ\u00e9es d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 seront de retour et bien install\u00e9es. Cette soupe fra\u00eeche met \u00e0 l&rsquo;honneur les l\u00e9gumes estivaux. C&rsquo;est le moment de profiter pleinement des tomates et des poivrons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recette ci-dessous convient parfaitement pour 4 \u00e0 5 bols en entr\u00e9e. N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 la r\u00e9aliser dans des petites verrines pour la proposer \u00e0 vos convives au moment de l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif. En guise de toppings, vous pouvez ajouter des morceaux de tomates cerises, de poivrons grill\u00e9s et de feta. Dans ma version, j&rsquo;ai mis aussi de l&rsquo;huile de chanvre et des graines de chanvre. Je trouve que l&rsquo;association du chanvre se fait tr\u00e8s bien avec ce gaspacho tomate-poivron \u00e0 la feta. Pas d&rsquo;inqui\u00e9tude si vous n&rsquo;en avez pas, il vous suffira simplement de remplacer l&rsquo;huile de chanvre par de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive ou une autre huile de votre choix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour un ap\u00e9ritif healthy, frais et gourmand, vous pouvez accompagner ce gaspacho de mon <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/06\/14\/dip-de-concombre-feta-et-citron-vert\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tzatziki \u00e0 la feta et au citron vert<\/a> et de crackers.
