J&rsquo;ai revisit\u00e9 le traditionnel poulet tandoori en une version v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne \u00e0 base de tofu ferme. J&rsquo;ai confectionn\u00e9 moi-m\u00eame le m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices et ce tofu tandoori est vraiment une explosion de saveurs en bouche. J&rsquo;esp\u00e8re que cette nouvelle pr\u00e9paration vous plaira autant qu&rsquo;elle a plu chez moi. N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 faire votre m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices en plus grande quantit\u00e9 afin d&rsquo;en avoir d&rsquo;avance pour de prochaines recettes et de gagner du temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour un repas complet, sain et \u00e0 IG bas, j&rsquo;ai accompagn\u00e9 ce tofu tandoori de riz basmati complet, de courgettes et d&rsquo;une sauce au yaourt et \u00e0 la coriandre. Cette sauce adoucit le m\u00e9lange \u00e9pic\u00e9 qui enrobe le tofu et apporte donc un parfait \u00e9quilibre. Pour la pr\u00e9paration des courgettes, je les ai simplement coup\u00e9es en rondelles puis je les ai faites revenir dans un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive avec du sel, du poivre et du curcuma. Vous pouvez aussi opter pour des aubergines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous cherchez d&rsquo;autres recettes originales pour manger du tofu ?
