Je vous propose de rapidement tester ce d\u00e9licieux g\u00e2teau au yaourt au citron vert. Il est sain et tr\u00e8s gourmand avec le topping \u00e0 base de skyr, citron vert et noix de cajou. Une part de g\u00e2teau convient parfaitement pour le petit-d\u00e9jeuner ou la collation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter du citron \u00e0 une pr\u00e9paration permet d&rsquo;abaisser l&rsquo;index glyc\u00e9mique de cette derni\u00e8re. Les citrons sont riches en vitamine C, r\u00e9duisent les risques de maladies cardiovasculaires et d&rsquo;infections en tous genres, et soulagent les indigestions. Pour cette recette, je vous conseille d&rsquo;acheter des citrons verts bio car vous allez r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer leurs zestes. Cela vous permettra de ne pas absorber les r\u00e9sidus de produits chimiques pr\u00e9sents sur les citrons non bio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme dans ce g\u00e2teau au yaourt au citron vert, j&rsquo;aime beaucoup incorporer des agrumes dans mes p\u00e2tisseries. Cela apporte du peps \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration et un go\u00fbt acidul\u00e9 tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able. Que ce soit en cakes, en muffins ou encore en pancakes, c&rsquo;est toujours un d\u00e9lice.
