Avec environ 5g de sucres par portion et sa richesse en ol\u00e9agineux et graines, ce granola choco-noisettes convient parfaitement dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas. Pour un petit-d\u00e9jeuner complet, d\u00e9gustez-le avec un yaourt v\u00e9g\u00e9tal ou une boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale ainsi qu&rsquo;un fruit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En quelques minutes de pr\u00e9paration, vous obtiendrez environ 10 portions de granola choco-noisettes. Il se conserve tr\u00e8s bien dans un bocal herm\u00e9tique donc n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 le pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance. C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s pratique d&rsquo;en avoir sous la main pour les matins o\u00f9 vous avez peu de temps devant vous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S&rsquo;il vous manque un ingr\u00e9dient, vous pouvez tr\u00e8s facilement le remplacer par un autre.
