C&rsquo;est chose faite et cette nouvelle version est tout aussi d\u00e9licieuse. Il serait difficile de choisir\u2026 Et vous, vous \u00eates plut\u00f4t version coco ou noisette ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-560b7459-977c-4059-bd9d-dda08c7cae34\">La noix de macadamia est un fruit \u00e0 coque originaire d&rsquo;Australie. Malgr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elle soit tr\u00e8s \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, elle est excellente sur le plan nutritionnel. En effet, elle est principalement compos\u00e9e d&rsquo;acides gras mono-insatur\u00e9s qui permettent de r\u00e9guler le taux de cholest\u00e9rol dans le sang. Naturellement riche en fibres, c&rsquo;est un alli\u00e9 privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas. A condition bien s\u00fbr des les acheter non sal\u00e9es et non sucr\u00e9es. La bonne composition de ces energy balls n&rsquo;est pas une raison pour les engloutir d&rsquo;un coup. Gardez en t\u00eate qu&rsquo;elles sont tr\u00e8s \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et qu&rsquo;elles se d\u00e9gustent donc avec mod\u00e9ration et surtout selon votre faim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-b70cbf3e-2b1c-4f3a-a866-eab98cac0c61\">Pour que cette recette d&rsquo;energy balls coco et noix de macadamia soit moins on\u00e9reuse, j&rsquo;ai fait un mix noix de macadamia et noisettes \u00e9mond\u00e9es. Le go\u00fbt des noix de macadamia se sent bien mais vous pouvez bien s\u00fbr l&rsquo;accentuer en mettant seulement des noix de macadamia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
